It's up to $500.00 and there is still 24 hours left.
What other features does this camera have besides interchangeable lenses?

Its got the 3 focussing screens, time exposure and most of the usual features. You really need the ST1 control unit to use all the features.

Yes the kit is mine.
I made the statement since I have used all 6008, 1014 XL-S, 6080 and Pro. I have owned the 1014 (both version), 6080 and Pro.
The xx008 Beaulieu's are a great camera but very sensitive like the Nizo. It is very expensive to own and repair. Plus there are only about really 2-3 lenses that takes advantage of its capability (The Schnieder 6-66 and the 2 large Angeniuex lenses). The Angenieux lenses are extremely rare and cost several hundred dollars - adding to the cost of the camera.
the 1014 XL-s Is great. Built like a tank and one of the most durable cam (I think the 1014 E is the most). However, the intravolameter has only 3 presets, no extended exposure, no manual ASA setting, macro at wide only. Only 2 setting for power zoom (the Leicina 6-66 has variable) Though for my personal taste I would use 1-14 XL-S above the 6008 any day. And the noisy for a sound cam.
The 6080 and Pro are sensitive. The 6080 has a horrible iris control (which is not even totally manual in manual mode), NO ASA setting. The lens is not the best, though very good. But compared to the Canon 1014E, XL-S and Schnieder 6-66 I think it finish last. 2 setting also for the power Zoom. Plus the weird shape of both makes it hard to use a real matte box. the 6080 is front heavy on a tripod and the Pro has the stupid handle jutting out when on a tripod.
the Leicina Special with 6-66m and ST 1 controller:
One of the best lenses
Macro throughout the lens
the 67mm lens thread can use Nizo UWL III
variable zoom
extended exposure
time lapse
manual ASA
very durable
slo motion at 54fps
box design makes it more versatile for accessories (matte box, blimp, etc)
Plus its a rare piece of equipment
Some will say the 7008 has a faster fps, actually there was a Leicina Special version that went I think 120 fps. Its extremely rare and only seen it listed in an old LEicina catalogue.
I think the only real comptetition for the price, performance, historical significance, rarity of the Leicina is the Fujica ZC1000
My $.02 agree or not.

I am TOTALLLLLLLY Depressed now.
I have spent the past couple of years acquiring all the Eumig cameras I could because I love all the features they contain.
Ron at U.T. Photo HATES the internal design of the Eumig camera and thinks most of them can't be worked on.
I would trade my 15-20 Eumigs for 5 of these Leicinas.

Speaking of repairability, are these cameras easy to repair and maintain? Can you recommend a repair facility for the Leicina?
The camera could be in great shape but still need an occasional lubing.

I use a Profoto here in NYC - 4 blocks from MAcy's 34th Street. Its a small store that is run by people who loves photogrpahy. they have a couple of repair experts that will fix any (or at least if the parts are available) Super 8 cam. I got both my Nizo's adjusted there.
Nice place (they also sell stock). However, it might be expensive - NY prices. Cali places might be cheaper.
Thanx for the 300th Post thing

I would have owned one by now but the 25 fps thing, no variable shutter, beam-splitter instead of mirror and unknown repair/parts places make it too expensive for me.

THIS ONE HAS THE ST1 UNIT. INTERESTING, THE SELLER CLAIMS THIS IS THE BEST SUPER 8 CAMERA EVER.

(I mistakenly deleted my response post directly below this post so I have inserted my previous comments underneath Blind Owl's comments.)
Thanks for the GREAT follow-ups Cameraguy and Blind Owl!
This is a camera that has always flown under the radar for me when it comes to Super-8.
If I hadn't spent money recently on other things I would love to own this camera.
